The message "error transferring WibuKey Remote Programming Update file (18)" may occur when attempting to reprogram a dongle with an .rtu file from Chaos Group. Please make sure that the dongle is plugged in and that it has been properly detected by the computer. To check that the Wibu-Key driver was properly installed, please do the following:
1) Right-click on My computer
2) Choose Manage and go to the Device Manager
3) Open the Universal Serial Bus controllers and see whether or not there is a question mark (in yellow) next to WIBU-BOX/RU.
4) If there is a question mark you need to reinstall the driver, which can be found at https://www.wibu.com/downloads-user-software.html
