The Archive & Model Bank Library models may be used in commercial projects as long as the 3D asset may not be extracted. The only authorized user of the actual 3D models is the licensed purchaser of the library. The derivative work using the models (renders, etc) may be distributed. There is a one-time cost for the purchase of the license of each library; after this you may use the models, within the guidelines of the EULA, perpetually.
