Educational and commercial licenses may be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, commercial licenses may only be returned if unused and unopened (protective security seal must be intact).
Once opened, commercial V-Ray licenses may not be returned unless defective. Defective products may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item.
