On certain systems with USB 3.0 ports, it is possible that dongles with serial numbers between 10-xxx and 11-xxx could stop functioning if there is higher CPU usage. WIBU is working on fixing this issue, and they have informed us that dongles with serial numbers 13xxxxxx and up do not have this problem. For older dongles, they are working on a new WIBU-KEY driver that will fix the issue and should be available soon.
