Please make sure that the dongle is plugged in, it is properly detected by your machine, and that the drivers were properly installed. If you still get the error, right-click on My computer, choose Manage, and then go to the Device Manager. On the right of the window, open the Universal Serial Bus controllers and check to see whether there is a question mark (in yellow) next the WIBU-BOX/RU staff. A question mark here means there is an issue with the Wibu-Key driver and it should be reinstalled.
